Websites and automation for small businesses
I build websites for clinics, salons, packers, coaches and other local businesses, and I automate routine work such as handling enquiries. Someone who fills in your form gets a WhatsApp reply and reminders, and you see every enquiry and its stage on one screen. Ascanius is a one-person studio in Pune.
I answer this WhatsApp number myself, within 24 hours.

What happens when someone enquires
- Straight awayWhatsApp replyHi Priya, thanks for your enquiry about a website. When is a good time for a quick call?
- Day 1Reminder if they haven't booked
- Day 3Reminder
- Day 7Last reminder
Fill in the form with any name. The panel shows each message your customer would get and when it goes out. The demo sends nothing to any phone. This is one example sequence: the number of reminders and their timing are agreed with each business.

Services
- Websites
- Coded by hand, or set up so you can edit the pages yourself. I host it on a server I manage, or hand it over to you.
- Enquiry follow-up
- When someone fills in your form or messages you, they get a reply on WhatsApp, SMS or email straight away. Reminders follow if they haven't booked. We agree how many and how often: some businesses send one a day, others send them on day 1, 3 and 7.
- Enquiry tracking (CRM)
- One screen with every enquiry and the stage it has reached. I set up the forms, booking calendar and reports.
- Your own server
- Some software you pay for every month can run on a server you own instead. I set that up.
- Process documents
- Written steps for how your team does the work, and a guide for new staff.
- Advice calls
- A free call of about 30 minutes. We look at your website, enquiries and software together and decide what to fix first.

- One call. I ask how customers find you now and where enquiries go. Then I send a flat quote.

Questions
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Every price and every quote includes GST, and you get a GST invoice.
Do I pay everything before you start?
You pay 50% as an advance before I start, and the other 50% when the work is ready, before it goes live. The split is the same for websites and for follow-up or CRM work. I accept UPI and bank transfer, and card or PayPal from clients outside India.
Can the website be in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes, if you send the text in that language. The WhatsApp replies can be in your language too.
Will my business show on Google?
I set the site up so Google can read and list it. The local business website (the ₹40,000 package) also sets up your Google Business Profile and connects Search Console. I can't promise a position in search results.
Who owns the website and the domain?
The website and its content are yours. At handover you get the code and content, plus your own login to the server. You pay for the domain. You can register it in your own name, or I can buy and manage it for you if you'd rather not deal with the settings.
What if I want changes after it goes live?
Send them on WhatsApp and I'll tell you the price before I make them. Changes are charged separately from the ₹700 upkeep.
I already have a website. Can you add only the WhatsApp replies?
Usually, yes, if I can connect to its enquiry form. Send me the link and I'll check.
